Beyonce Explains "I Love You" Jay-Z Shoutout

If Jay-Z and Beyonce had any intention on hiding their marriage, the secret is out now. During an acceptance speech for one of her six Grammy wins, a usually tight-lipped Beyonce slipped up and belted out, "I'd like to thank my family for all their support, including my husband. I love you."

The unexpected public display of affection shocked millions of viewers, including Jay himself, who smiled awkwardly as he rose his hands in confusion.

“It was because I was so happy,” Beyonce explained to Access Hollywood. “I looked up and he was the first face I saw and I was like ‘What did I just do.' No I didn’t just say that’ He was shocked.”

Though he may have appeared a bit irritated on camera, Hov didn't mind Bey's slip up. Rather than address it, he reportedly told her, “You have six Grammys and you smell good.”
